Michael DiChiara
Member
Michael is a formidable litigator and trusted advisor who brings a powerful, 360-degree perspective to employment law. Having successfully represented both corporate employers and individual employees and executives across high-stakes industries, including healthcare, financial services, retail, and manufacturing, Michael understands his opponents' playbooks before they even open them. His strategic edge is built on a diverse career foundation: he sharpened his courtroom instincts during three years as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, handled high-exposure corporate disputes during several years as an associate at prominent national law firms, and has served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ, where he has taught employment law classes since 2007.
Michael primarily prosecutes complex claims in federal and state courts, private arbitrations, and administrative tribunals. Notably, he has a proven track record of appellate advocacy, having successfully argued before both the Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Commitment to Community & Pro Bono Leadership
Michael’s fierce advocacy in the courtroom is matched by his lifelong commitment to service. Immediately following his undergraduate studies, Michael dedicated a year to full-time volunteer work in Brockton, Massachusetts, supporting adults navigating mental health challenges. Today, he channels that same passion for service into the legal community, serving as a vital volunteer attorney for Legal Services of New Jersey and partnering with various non-profit and charitable organizations to expand access to justice.
